Canon Scanners
The Canon DR-2050C offers same speed simplex and duplex scanning for all paper sizes up to A4, with
the added advantage of grayscale and colour scanning.
The Canon DR-3080Cii maintains high speed for black and white scanning in both simplex
(single-sided) and
duplex (double-sided) modes – and even in grayscale simplex mode. Speeds range from 40 pages
per minute for an A4 size in portrait (black & white/300dpi/simplex) to a
highly productive 260 images per minute for smaller formats
(black & white /300 dpi/duplex).
The
Canon 7580/9080C scanner has an ultrasound double sheet detector for reliable paper movement. Speeds have been considerably improved, both in black and
white scanning and, in particular, in grayscale and colour scanning. These
scanners work at 75ppm or 90ppm in black and white and grey scale, and the
DR-9080C also scans 60 pages per minute in colour, thanks to the onboard JPEG
compression. A resolution of 600dpi guarantees excellent scanning results.
The 7580/9580C are fast A3 sheet-fed scanners with a small footprint and are
recommended for the capture
of document volumes between 2,000 and 5,000 pages per day and can be used in
small companies as a centralised scanner or in medium-sized companies as a
decentralised scanner.
