Alliance PaperChase Records Management system (EDRMS) is records-management software for the storage, tracking, archival and retrieval of original documents, files and archive boxes, and with the Alliance PaperChase Imaging option scanned documents may also be stored, retrieved and displayed on screen. PaperChase is Intranet and Internet compatible.

Document Management

Alliance Imager Document Management (DM) converts paper documents and faxes into electronic documents to view, edit and distribute them across a PC environment and provides document-management of scanned and electronically generated documents (such as Word or Excel) in a searchable database.

Alliance Imager indexes your scanned paperwork comprehensively and brings savings in storage space and costs. Instead of searching for that stray document, Alliance Imager enables you to retrieve it on your PC and then view, edit and annotate it!

Document Scanning

Alliance BatchScan document scanning provides scanning for TWAIN compatible imaging scanners. Documents may be scanned for Indexing into Alliance Imager document management or Alliance PaperChase records management or saved into a Windows folder. Documents are saved as multi-page TIFF or PDF files.

Imaging for Windows

Imaging for Windows®  software scans paper documents into electronic documents that you can view, edit, and distribute via Microsoft® Windows, Microsoft® Outlook and Microsoft® Exchange, intranets, and the Internet. Imaging for Windows is the upgrade to the Imaging software included in Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT/2000 and is suitable for Microsoft Windows XP.

Imaging for Windows eliminates the manual entry and re-entry, printing, photocopying, and distribution of paper-based documents common to most day-to-day work. Desktop scanning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) replace manual entry; annotation does away with paper memos and stick on notes, and replaces endless photocopying and distribution.
