Alliance BatchScan document scanning software

Alliance BatchScan is a document scanning software package which provides batch scanning for TWAIN-compatible scanners from a range of manufacturers. Scanned documents may be saved into a Windows directory or indexed into Alliance PaperChase records management or Alliance Imager document management.

Alliance BatchScan saves scans as multi-page TIFF files, or as PDF (Acrobat) image files, or PDF Searchable files.
Scanned images are displayed on screen as they are being scanned.
Users may select whether to scan a batch of pages as one document or as a series of 1 or 2 (or more) page documents.
Supports A3 scanning, colour scanning, duplex (double-sided) scanning, high-speed and high resolution scanning.
An Automatic Document Feed (ADF) or sheet-feeder required.
Option to rescan a page or the whole document, to add pages, to insert pages or to delete pages.
Barcode reading.

Alliance BatchScan scans your paperwork and saves the resulting images as industry standard TIF or PDF files.
