Alliance Customer Support

Alliance software includes Alliance PaperChase, Alliance Imager, Alliance BatchScan, Imaging for Windows and custom software.

 

If you have a support contract and wish to place a support call for software or hardware please do so via our Help Desk:

You will need your email address and a description of the issue or query you have. You may also attach screenshots or other files if required.
In order to help you as quickly as possible, please provide us with a method or simple description of how to reproduce the issue.
Please also provide the program name and version number.  For hardware issues please provide the model and (if possible) the serial number.
