Kodak Imaging for Windows is supplied in the UK and Europe by Alliance and provides the imaging component for Windows XP.

Global 360 Imaging for Windows®  scans paper documents into electronic documents that you can view, edit, distribute and manage. Imaging for Windows is the upgrade to the Imaging software included in Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME and Windows NT/2000 and is suitable for Microsoft Windows XP.

Imaging for Windows replaces the Wang/Kodak/Microsoft Imaging for Windows and Imaging Preview software in Microsoft Windows.

Global-360 Inc. were formerly eiStream, Eastman Software, Kodak and Wang. Imaging for Windows was formerly known as Kodak Imaging Professional or Imaging for Windows Professional Edition. Sometimes also referred to as Microsoft Imaging for Windows.

For Windows XP users seeking the eiStream/Wang/Kodak Imaging for Windows capabilities and for developers who have used the OCX (ActiveX) controls to integrate imaging functionality within applications,  Imaging for Windows is for you. Imaging for Windows makes it easy for you to find, print, photocopy, and distribute paper-based documents.  Desktop scanning replaces manual data entry;  annotation does away with paper memos and stick-on notes and replaces endless photocopying and distribution.

The ImgEdit, ImgAdmin, ImgThumb, ImgScan and ImgOCR  Kodak/Wang OCX (ActiveX) controls are included in Imaging for Windows.
