Alliance PaperChase screenshotsAlliance PaperChase records management (EDRMS) and file-tracking is the barcode-driven Records Management system for document storage, tracking and retrieval.Using barcode or RFID technology, Alliance PaperChase Records Management (EDRMS) is designed to identify and track items such as client or customer files, planning applications, internal documents, forms, drawings, working papers, incoming mail and archived material. There is also an Alliance PaperChase patient records system. Each file (or folder of documents) has a unique barcode label attached to identify it, and is registered together with other documents to form projects or cases. An file may then be registered at a location simply by scanning its barcode identification label. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) smart labels can be used instead of barcode labels. Files or documents are stored in a location which could be a
filing cabinet, shelf, office, third-party warehouse, client site, or even a
