XEROX DocuMate 152 Scanner

The Xerox DocuMate 152 is a hi-speed, duplex colour scanner that offers convenience and connectivity. XEROX DocuMate 252 Scanner

The Xerox DocuMate 252 is a compact and effective high-speed scanner perfect for workgroups and distributed applications. It has a 50-page ADF and scans 25 pages simplex and 50 ipm duplex at 600x1200 dpi, 48-bit color and a high-speed USB 2.0 interface. Scan everything from checks and photos to legal-sized documents. Create text searchable PDF files as image over text to efficiently search and retrieve documents by their content or copy/paste to other applications.

XEROX DocuMate 752 Scanner

The Xerox DocuMate 752 is a production flatbed scanner with 120-page capacity ADF, and scans documents at up to 50 pages per minute and 100 images per minute.

The Xerox DocuMate 752 brings low-volume production scanning to any organisation at the right price with high quality. Software bundle includes Kofax VRS, and ScanSoft OmniPage. The use of low-volume production scanners for regulatory compliance is sharply on the rise, the Xerox DocuMate 752 makes compliance easy for any scanning operator. With its A3-size flatbed, previously too large documents are not a problem. The ADF allows scanning of documents landscape or portrait.

From Sarbanes-Oxley to the US Patriot Act, records and paper management has become an important part of doing business. Today’s trend is that more and more scanning is moving from the centralised offices and agencies to the departmental where the documents are received and can be processed immediately into electronic files that can be securely and accurately stored, transmitted and retrieved. The US Government is broadly standardizing on Adobe’s PDF file format and the DocuMate scanners easily converts scanned documents into text-searchable PDF files at the press of a single button.

Law offices, courts, clients and administrators handle and manage substantial quantities of paper. Documents are the substance of communication, reference, negotiation and execution of contracts, laws and evidence. Paper is expensive to store and retrieve.
